OASIS is architected to be an interactive R Shiny app that will facilitate the design of Oligopaints libraries. These DNA libraries can be synthesized and then used to image both genomic DNA with fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH). Diffraction limited and Super-Resolution imaging allows the user to investigate biological samples ranging from cells to tissue and organisms.

simuSMLM is a dynamic R Shiny app that generates 3D simulations of single molecule localizations of diverse chromatin conformations. This powerful tool enhances the creation of Oligopaints libraries and streamlines the implementation of more effective experimental strategies.

PULSE is an unsupervised machine learning pipeline architected as a Streamlit app that mitigates the work load of Super-Resolution single molecule localization analysis. Built with Python together with a pinch of statistical modeling to accelerate image analysis multiple orders of magnitude, in a user-bias free manner.

REVCOMP is a Streamlit app that facilitates the tedious reverse complementarity task of both DNA and RNA molecules but also DNA to RNA reverse complementarity and back.
